Complete Care in Tyler, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (Days & Nights) to join our dynamic ER team. The ideal candidate has a Texas nursing license, 2 years of ER experience, and flexibility to work both day and night shifts.

You’ll provide direct patient care, administer treatments and medications, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. PRN, flexible shifts offered.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Nursing License in good standing.
• Must have two years of ER nursing experience.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS through American Heart Association.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, windows and EMR/EPM systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care, including administering treatments and medications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.
• Support patient and family education and communication.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Document pertinent data concisely.
• Perform effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining quality patient care.
