Qualifications

• TNCC certification within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN license within 30 days of employment start date.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree required.
• BCLS certification or instructor within 30 days of start date.
• ACLS instructor within 1 year of start date.
• PALS instructor within 1 year of start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborates with medical providers and care team.
• Documents care in the patient record in a timely manner.
• Responds promptly to patient requests and needs.
• Educates patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up.
• Prepares patients for self-management and healthy lifestyle changes.
