Hendricks Regional Health in Indiana seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide patient- and family-centered care in a multi-unit acute care environment. You will apply nursing standards, participate in leadership activities, and collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires Indiana RN licensure, with BSN preferred, plus certifications such as ACLS/BLS/PALS as needed.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with active RN licensure in Indiana.
• If the nursing school is not accredited, at least five years acute care nursing experience is required.
• BSN degree preferred or enrolled within five years of hire (MSN accepted for accelerated program).
• Area-specific education such as ACLS/BLS/PALS or specialty certs may be required and maintained.

Responsabilidades

• Time and resource management: prioritize tasks and manage multiple duties while applying education to reduce non-salary costs.
• Provide nursing care per standards, assign care based on patient acuity and expertise, and apply evidence-based practice.
