Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a compassionate RN to provide direct patient care in a home-based setting, including assessment, planning, and evaluation according to nursing standards.

You will educate patients and families on illness management, medications, and post-treatment needs, collaborate with the healthcare team, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

A Nursing diploma or associate's degree with RN licensure is required; a BSN and two years of experience are preferred.

Responsibilities
