Job summary

CommonSpirit Memorial is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care and coordinate patient-centered plans within an interdisciplinary team.

This role requires a TN RN license, BLS, and ACLS/PALS within 120 days, plus an accredited nursing program completion and an Associate degree. You will assess and respond to evolving patient needs in a fast-paced Tennessee hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited nursing program and hold RN licensure.
• ACLS and PALS certifications expected within stated timelines.
• BLS/CPR required at hire and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic and patient monitoring, escalation of acute changes.
• Administer therapies and medications per patient rights; prevent falls.
• Manage rapidly changing situations with prioritization.
• Support a healing environment and patient advocacy.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
