You will operate under standard nursing practice, participate in performance improvement, and support age-appropriate care across patient populations.

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• ENPC must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• PALS must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• TNCC must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• RN licensure and RNDiploma are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process across ER patients.
• Coordinate with care teams to achieve desired patient outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of current nursing practice and participate in quality improvements.
• Ensure safe medication administration and ethical decision-making.
• Engage with patients and families to support understanding and comfort.
