Job summary

Inova Fair Oaks Hospital in Northern Virginia is seeking an experienced Emergency Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a full-time day shift (6:45am–7:15pm). This role includes five weekend shifts per six weeks, with eligible sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

1 year of ED or critical care RN experience or completion of a critical care fellowship.
BSN or ADN with a plan to complete a BSN within 5 years.
Virginia RN license or eligibility and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Provide knowledgeable, patient- and family-centered care in a fast-paced ER.
Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
Support overflow patients and maintain safety standards.
Utilize clinical guidelines and pathways for consistent care delivery.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
