Park Nicollet Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Center team at Methodist Hospital in Minnesota. This position is a .7 FTE with evening shifts, eight hours each, and requires coverage every other weekend.

The RN will manage patient care episodes in collaboration with the care team, coordinate nursing staff, and ensure safe, patient-centered care in a high-pace ED. Minnesota RN license and BLS are required; BSN is preferred and encouraged within two years of hire.

Qualifications

• Completion of an nursing degree program (ASN/BSN/MSN).
• BSN preferred and expected within 2 years of hire.
• Minnesota RN license is required; BLS certification per AHA guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Manage patient care in the Emergency Center in partnership with care teams.
• Coordinate and supervise care provided by Nursing Assistants and other staff.
• Deliver safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ED environment.
