Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure or eNLC multistate license.

• CRP certification is required as part of the credentialing process.
• Background clearances: Act 34, Act 33, Act 73, FBI fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in a professional practice setting within the ED.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for ED patients.
• Promote patient safety initiatives and participate in interdisciplinary teams.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure appropriate delegation of duties.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and document care according to policy.
