Responsibilities

• Participates in development, coordination, managing, facilitating, conducting, and evaluating onboarding and orientation programs for nursing and other healthcare personnel.
• Conducts orientation to create a positive learning environment and aligns sessions with organizational values.
• Identifies learning needs of staff and assesses gaps, planning content with learner engagement.
• Partners with Clinical Education Market Director to review outcomes data and refine activities.
• Applies adult education theory and evaluation methods to courses and curricula.
