Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with a BSN or ADN.
• Current RN licensure in Illinois.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians to assess, design, coordinate, implement, and evaluate patients’ care plans and outcomes.
• Provide complex nursing care and delegate tasks to team members according to unit competencies.
• Maintain and monitor the quality of patient care and patient satisfaction.
• Support efficient daily operations of the patient care center.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and standard of care.
