Qualifications

• ER nursing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in a healthcare setting.
• Licensure as an RN in good standing.

• Trauma course within 1 year of start date.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions and discharges to support throughput and patient-centered care.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with the management team.
• Collaborate with specialists and managers to improve patient outcomes and service.
