Ridgecrest Regional Hospital in Ridgecrest, CA is seeking a compassionate Emergency Department - Registered Nurse. You will provide attentive monitoring, carry out care plans, administer medications with precision, and communicate clearly with patients and families.

This role demands leadership aligned with hospital goals and protocols. The position requires CA RN licensure, a BSN, ED experience, and certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS within 1 year).

Qualifications

Current CA RN licensure to practice in California.
BSN degree required with ED nursing experience preferred.
Completion of Pharmacology test with at least 80%.
Active BLS certification; ACLS within 12 months of employment.
PALS within 12 months of employment is required.
Excellent English communication and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive monitoring and carry out care plans with sensitivity.
Administer medications with precision and document accurately.
Collaborate with the ER team to deliver patient‑centered care and safety.
