Qualifications

• TNCC must obtain within 6 months from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document daily patient care.
• Identify nursing diagnoses and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Deliver culturally congruent care following UTMB policies and standards.
• Provide patient/family education using Teach-Back.
