Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN licensure without sanctions required.
• 2+ years ER experience, or comparable.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-specific, evidence-based nursing care in the ER.
• Document accurately and legibly in medical records.
• Follow physician orders and infection control procedures.
• Manage admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Prepare equipment and assist procedures as needed.
