Job summary

Orlando Health Emergency Department Waterford Lakes is seeking an experienced ER nurse for night shifts (7 pm–7 am) in Orlando, FL. The team handles high patient volumes with on-site imaging and 24/7 clinical coverage.

You’ll join a growing ED nursing group and benefit from career development and day-one benefits. Position offers 3 shifts per week with opportunities to precept and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• State of Florida RN license (or valid eNLC)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• 1 year of recent ER/ED nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients requiring complex assessment and therapies with high-level nursing vigilance.
• Utilize data to anticipate and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions.
• Monitor and adjust life-support equipment and interpret monitors.
• Respond to life-saving situations per nursing standards and protocols.
• Document care and ensure regulatory compliance.
