Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous service to patients, families, and staff to ensure positive experience.
• Prioritize workload efficiently and adapt to changing department goals.
• Maintain ED competency skills and complete annual updates.
• Participate in unit meetings, peer review, and quality improvement activities.
• Assess patients at triage and enter into the system with appropriate decisions.
• Protect patient privacy and provide care and reassurance to restrained patients.
• Complete thorough assessments and reassess as needed.
• Support a collaborative environment and assist others to ensure continuity of services.
