Memorial Satilla Health in Waycross, GA is seeking an ER RN for night shift to coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ER. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team, document care, and respond promptly to patient needs while teaching patients and families about conditions and treatment plans.

The role requires an RN license, an associate degree, and certification training in BCLS, ACLS, and PALS within defined timeframes.

Qualifications

• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 30 days of start date.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course within 6 months of start date.
• RN Registered Nurse licensure.
• Endorsement of Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days.
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care in ER.
• Assist physicians and care team; document care in medical records.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, plans, meds, and follow-up.
