Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• BLS certification to be obtained within 14 days of hire.
• Competent to perform in at least two general areas of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating and other ADLs.
• Observe patients' progress and report to Registered Nurse or medical staff; record vital signs and collect specimens as required.
• Provide basic patient transport and housekeeping duties.
• Measure and record intake/output and other metrics; assist with range of motion and blood draws.
