Responsibilities

• Cares for a group of patients in the hospital using the nursing process.
• Delegates appropriate patient care activities to the health care team.
• Organizes and updates care plans in collaboration with patients and families.
• Monitors patient vitals, identifies changes, and responds to emergencies.
