Job summary

BayCare in the Tampa Bay area seeks a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department night shift to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients. This full-time role operates 6:45 PM–7:15 AM with every other weekend, performed in person at the hospital.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• Nursing degree (Diploma/ASN/Bachelor or higher)
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required

Responsibilities

• Care for a group of patients using the nursing process and clinical standards
• Delegate appropriate patient care activities to other health care team members
• Organize and update plan of care with patients, family and significant others
• Monitor, record and update care team on patient vitals and assessments
• Identify changes in patient condition and respond to emergencies
• Communicate effectively to create a positive patient care experience
