Qualifications

• 1 year in behavioral setting preferred.
• BLS and CPI training required.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in unpredictable environments.
• Must be able to handle high paced stressful environments occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed nursing staff in providing direct patient care under moderate direction.
• Help maintain a safe and therapeutic environment on the unit.
• Support staff nurse in daily activities and patient well-being.
