Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting required.
• Current LPN or LVN license with active state licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts in an ER setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of an RN.
• Monitor vital signs and assist with activities of daily living.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and evaluate care plans with the healthcare team.
• Document interventions and patient responses accurately.
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge care.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Assist with wound care, catheterization, and specimen collection as allowed.
• Support orientation and training of new staff and nursing students.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
