Job summary

The role requires graduation from an accredited LPN program, active PA LPN license, BLS, and 1 year of medical-surgical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• 1 year of medical-surgical experience preferred.
• Current PA LPN license.
• BLS required or obtained within 1 month of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and revise patient care plans.
• Observe and document each patient’s status and responses.
• Provide the RN with relevant clinical information.
• Deliver direct patient care using nursing knowledge and document outcomes.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Work as a collaborative member of the team.
