Job summary

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Langhorne, PA is looking for an experienced Veterinary Technician to join their Emergency and ICU team. The position offers flexible schedules (3x12 or 4x10 hour shifts) and competitive pay ($21.00 - $43.00 per hour) with additional shift differentials for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Veterinary Technician is preferred.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
• Passion for mentoring and training co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Induce, monitor and recover anesthesia in patients.
• Triage emergency cases and obtain vital signs.
• Perform digital radiography using proper technique.
• Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR.
• Calculate medical math and administer medications.
• Mentor and train other co-workers.
