Qualifications

• This role requires veterinary technician certification with ICU/critical care experience.
• Ability to triage and monitor critically ill patients with CPR readiness.
• Experience placing IV access and advanced catheters as needed.

Responsibilities

• Triage and obtain patient history.
• Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR.
• Place IVCs and advanced catheters like Jugular catheters, Central Lines or PICC lines.
• Monitor and care for Ventilator Cases.
• Collaborate with skilled technicians and assistants.
• Mentor and train colleagues.
• Reunite ill pets with their families after care.
