Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or group counseling to patients and/or their families.
• Supervise/teach graduate social work students when indicated.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations and psychosocial assessments.
• Provide referrals and follow-up services.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for continuing care plans.
• Provide crisis intervention for patients as needed.
• Maintain timely documentation of social work activity.
