You will serve as a resource for the healthcare team and maintain current knowledge through continuing education and self-evaluation. Qualifications include a PharmD or equivalent, hospital pharmacy experience or residency, and an active Wisconsin/Illinois pharmacist license or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy Program.
• Hospital Pharmacy experience or residency preferred.
• Wisconsin/Illinois Registered Pharmacist License or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Acts as expert staff pharmacist and clinical resource for hospital teams.
• Supervises technicians and contributes to recruitment and orientation.
• Delivers performance feedback and coaching as part of staff development.
• Maintains current clinical knowledge through CE, literature reviews, and self-evaluation.
