Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy program.
• Illinois license required (Wisconsin and/or Illinois acceptable).
• Experience with pharmacokinetics and dosage calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, dispenses medications per physician request.
• Provides drug information to staff, patients and families.
• Ensures safe, cost-effective therapies and reports adverse events.
• Supervises pharmacy technicians and supports personnel.
