Job summary

Mercyhealth Wisconsin and Illinois is seeking an expert staff pharmacist to support emergency medicine, delivering patient-focused care and maintaining current clinical knowledge through ongoing education. The role supervises technicians and involves recruitment and coaching, with a 7 on/7 off schedule and a 11:00 AM–9:30 PM shift.

Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy Program with hospital pharmacy experience or residency preferred; Wisconsin/Illinois license or eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy Program.
• Hospital Pharmacy experience or residency preferred.
• Wisconsin/Illinois Registered Pharmacist License or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Maintains professionalism and conducts self as a role model, serving as a resource for all health system partners.
• Is an expert staff pharmacist who relies on skills of comprehensive knowledge and experience.
• Maintains practice by ongoing professional literature review, continuing education and self-evaluation.
