Job summary

Coquille Valley Hospital in Coquille, OR is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse for full-time day shifts. You will provide direct patient care in a high‑volume ER, applying nursing theory and the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.

The role requires an ADN with 2 years ER/CCU experience, Oregon RN licensure and current BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC. Strong teamwork, communication and documentation skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with ADN required.
• BSN preferred.
• Two years ER/CCU experience required.
• Current Oregon RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC required.

Responsibilities

• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Collaborate with doctors and other staff to coordinate care.
• Administer treatments and medications.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes.
• Participate in infection control and discharge planning.
• Document thoroughly and maintain patient charts.
