MedVet Indianapolis seeks an ER Doctor to join as an ER Department Head, combining clinical practice with leadership across the hospital's emergency services. The position emphasizes leadership in recruitment, mentoring, scheduling, and cross-team collaboration to ensure exceptional patient care and continuity.

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture that supports engaged and empowered caregivers.
• Oversee Emergency Services in the hospital with Medical Director.
• Serve as liaison between Emergency and Specialty teams for patient care continuity.
• Support operational and strategic management of the ER department.
• Participate in ER doctor recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and development.
• Create and maintain the ER doctor schedule.
• Assist with referral partner experience and client concern resolution.
• Drive clinical excellence and a positive hospital culture.
