Qualifications

• RN License – NH or Compact State is required.
• BSN is required for this role.
• ANCC Certification is required within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work of the unit team to ensure clinical care and policy compliance.
• Supports hiring/firing decisions and staffing for the unit.
• Leads staff through mentoring, rounds, and educational opportunities.
• Reviews patient outcomes data and participates in quality improvement initiatives.
• Communicates organizational information to staff and manages resources.
