Day Kimball Health is seeking a Clinical Coordinator (RN) to lead clinical operations in the Emergency Department in Putnam, CT. You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure compliance with policies to deliver high-quality care close to home.

The ideal candidate will have CT RN licensure, AHA CPR certification, and a BSN or related degree preferred, with at least one year of leadership experience in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CT RN license.
• AHA CPR certification within 3 months of hire.
• BS in Nursing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Provide nursing leadership to staff and coordinate patient care activities.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize workflow and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Support staffing decisions and performance evaluations with leadership guidance.
• Practice cost control and resource utilization.
• Keep leadership informed of relevant matters and changes.
• Adjust assignments to accommodate workload changes.
• Implement new nursing procedures or policies as needed.
