Qualifications

• BSN preferred or graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Nursing licensure is required for practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate nursing care and education per patient needs.
• Perform initial and ongoing nursing assessments to guide care planning.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Implement interventions per care plan with safe medication administration.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care as needed.
• Document SBAR handoffs and participate in risk management.
