Beacon Veterinary Specialists in Fremont, CA is seeking experienced Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVT) to join our Emergency & Critical Care team. Competitive hourly pay and flexible scheduling with 3x12 or 4x10 weekday options are offered, with no recurring weekends.

Located in Fremont, CA, this 24/7 hospital emphasizes high-quality care. Responsibilities include Level 2 and Level 3 ER support, advanced procedures, CPR leadership, and mentoring staff.

Formación

• Active California RVT license is required.
• Minimum 3 years of emergency veterinary hospital experience.
• Strong patient handling and restraint skills.
• Solid technical and communication abilities.
• RECOVER BLS/ALS certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Level 2 ER RVT procedures and assist in advanced critical care.
• Monitor patients up to ASA IV and respond to shock or respiratory failure.
• Administer treatments and manage chest tubes, feeding tubes, tracheostomy care.
• Lead CPR, drug administration, and EKG/monitoring setup.
• Oversee complex cases and mentor junior staff.
