Responsibilities

• Perform vital signs, intake/output monitoring, activities of daily living, dressings, transport.
• Obtain blood specimens for venipuncture and label specimens.
• Place patient on cardiac monitor and obtain 12-lead EKGs within 10 minutes of arrival.
• Maintain infection control and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with nurses, providers and other health care staff to ensure safe patient care.
