Job summary

UCI Health in California seeks an Emergency Department secretary/monitor technician to support nurses, physicians and the Department Director. You will initiate patient care orders promptly and help coordinate communications across the hospital.

This role requires strong English communication, customer service skills and a valid BLS certification; familiarity with medical terminology is preferred and prior acute care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities
