The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center's Emergency Department is seeking an Associate Nurse Manager to support the Nurse Manager in leading a team of care providers, ensuring patient-centered care and safe, efficient operations on a 24-hour basis.

The ANM will plan, organize, direct and evaluate patient care operations, coach staff under the Nursing Professional Practice Model, and collaborate with other departments to advance the center's mission and patient outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse.
• 3 years of relevant experience required.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning, organizing, directing and evaluating patient care operations on a 24-hour basis.
• Guide, coach and evaluate nursing staff under the Nurse Manager.
• Collaborate with other departments to support patient care operations.
