The Hospitals of Providence in El Paso, TX is seeking an RN Assistant Director for the Emergency Department. This role leads daily ED operations, supervising staff and coordinating procedures to ensure patient safety and efficiency.

Requirements include a nursing degree ( BSN and MSN preferred), 2 years of progressive management or charge nurse experience, and active RN licensure with BLS certification. Day shift, full-timeStaff.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required; master's in nursing or related field is preferred.
• 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting as manager or charge nurse.
• Current licensed nursing credentials and BLS certification.
