Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in trade operations, middle office, or fund accounting.
• Solid understanding of Equity products (common stock, ETFs) is mandatory.
• Familiarity with equity swaps, options, or credit instruments is a plus.
• Deep understanding of the trade lifecycle from execution to settlement and NAV impact.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review fund NAV calculations with accuracy and compliance.
• Support month-end close by reconciling accounts and preparing fund statements.
• Collaborate with auditors during fund audits and provide documentation.
• Oversee lifecycle of equity trades: capture, enrichment, affirmation.
• Serve as primary contact for trading desk to resolve execution issues and errors.
• Perform daily cash and position reconciliations with internal systems, prime brokers, and fund admins.
• Monitor corporate actions and dividends related to long/short equity positions.
• Liaise with prime brokers to manage settlements and mitigate fail risk.
• Identify bottlenecks in front-to-back flow and propose automated improvements.
