What You’ll Do

• 1-on-1 Coaching: Guide students targeting Equity Research roles (sell-side or buy-side)

• Technical Preparation: Provide feedback on financial models, valuation work, and earnings analysis
• Research & Thesis Development: Help mentees structure investment theses and write high-quality stock pitches
