Wall Street Oasis is expanding its Mentorship Program and seeking outstanding professionals to join our mentor roster. You’ll provide personalized mock interviews, resume critiques, and career guidance to students and young professionals pursuing finance careers.

This remote, flexible role lets you contribute from anywhere, share real-world insights, and help mentees thrive while supporting top students from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in Investment Banking or similar PE, HF, S&T, etc.
• Current or former Analysts, Associates, VPs, Principals, or Engagement Managers
• Strong communicators with a passion for helping others succeed
• Detail-oriented and consistent in providing thoughtful, actionable advice

Responsibilities

• 1-on-1 Coaching: Provide personalized mock interviews, resume critiques, and career advice
• Cohort Guidance (Optional): Lead small groups through structured prep sessions, especially around IB and PE recruiting cycles
• Contribute to Content (Optional): Help enhance financial modeling & interview prep standards and improve student-facing materials
• Mentor With Purpose: Share real-world insight and high-quality feedback to help mentees thrive
