Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an Equity Research Expert to contribute on a remote, contract basis, focusing on advanced financial analysis, modeling, earnings analysis, and sector insights. You’ll evaluate real-world equity research content and help train next-generation AI systems, with no prior AI experience required.

Responsibilities include reviewing datasets, analyzing earnings revisions, benchmarking peers, evaluating financial models, and developing investment theses.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Sell-Side Research Associate, Research Analyst, VP, or Director with ownership of company models and research.
• Experience covering multiple companies across several earnings cycles.
• Strong understanding of business drivers, financial performance, and valuation.
• Deep expertise in at least one sector such as banking, insurance, biotech, technology, or other industries.
