Job summary

Jefferies in New York is seeking a research professional to support the lead analyst in digital assets research, build detailed financial models, and communicate written research recommendations to clients and salespeople.

You will produce in-depth research on tokens and blockchain-native companies, maintain token and industry models, and help develop marketing materials for clients. A passion for markets and disruptive technologies is essential.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of equity research or investment banking experience; experience in digital assets, fintech or technology sectors preferred
  • Passion for markets, blockchain technology and disruptive technologies more broadly
  • Highly detail-oriented, intellectually curious and willing to work long hours
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to generate ideas
  • Self-motivated problem-solver with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Securities licensing preferred (SIE, S63, S86, S87)
