Guggenheim Securities ("GS") is seeking a highly motivated Equity Research Analyst or Associate to support a well-established Senior Research Analyst covering the IT Services industry. The person will be responsible for conducting fundamental research on both public and private companies and maintaining complex financial models. Over time, the person will develop the ability to effectively articulate the business strategies of covered companies and stock recommendations to institutional investors and Guggenheim's institutional sales force. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing, financial modeling and communication skills, as well as demonstrate high aptitude for gathering and synthesizing relevant primary and secondary market data. Candidate must be detail-oriented, collaborative, and willing to travel periodically to industry events. This is a demanding but rewarding role with significant career upside.
Currently, this role is expected to be in the New York office at least 4 days per week.
Annual base salary between $100,000 - 140,000.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Actual base salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and experience. The range listed reflects base salary only, and the total compensation package may include other components such as incentive compensation.
