Job summary

GW&K Investment Management in Boston is seeking an Equity Research Analyst focused on Industrials (Materials a plus). The role requires rigorous fundamental research, strong writing and presentation skills, and collaboration with the equity team and clients.

The position is hybrid, with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote. Base salary ranges from $200,000 to $250,000 USD, with potential discretionary bonus and/or commission based on performance.

Qualifications

• MBA and/or CFA charter required.
• 7+ years of buy-side equity analysis focused on US small/mid-cap.
• Experience with Industrials; Materials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental analysis of companies, industries and sectors.
• Analyze industry dynamics and drivers; perform financial statement analysis.
• Identify buy/sell opportunities and present to portfolio managers.
• Communicate rationale for decisions to clients, consultants and the Investment Committee.
• Collaborate with equity team; support broader coverage and product needs.
