Job summary

Susquehanna is seeking an analyst to join the Equity Research/Investment Banking team. You will identify potential investments, build financial models, analyze management track records, and prepare investment memos for desk review.

The role involves close collaboration with investment managers from deal inception to pricing, managing screenings and diligence within a small, fast-paced team. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in related roles, strong accounting, modeling skills, and fluency with SEC

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in equity research, investment banking (ECM), a buy-side analyst seat, or transaction advisory.
• Strong accounting and modeling skills, and fluency reading SEC filings in detail.
• Working knowledge of how PIPEs, registered directs, ATMs and warrant transactions function. Direct deal experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential investments.
• Prepare due diligence by building and maintaining financial models and analyzing data.
• Support portfolio companies by monitoring catalysts, earnings, filings, and cash positions.
• Write concise investment memos with cited sources and exact figures, and present recommendations to the desk.
