Susquehanna International Group (SIG) in New York seeks a Sell Side Research Associate to support the technology coverage. You will be mentored by a senior analyst and perform financial statement analysis, market research, and competitive positioning to deliver a differentiated research product.

The role emphasizes primary market research, data collection, models/forecasts, and interaction with management and trade associations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of analytical work in finance/accounting or engineering.
• Equity research experience a plus.
• Knowledge of technology sector (hardware, software, internet) a plus.
• Series 7/63/86/87 a plus but not required.
• Strong research, writing, communication, and organization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary analytical support for the Senior Analyst covering the space.
• Conduct proprietary research, interviews, and industry surveys.
• Perform financial and valuation analyses by building models and forecasts.
• Gather data from company docs, filings, industry publications, and data services.
• Interact with management, sales force, and institutional investors.
• Monitor and evaluate company news and events.
