Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in portfolio analytics, investment performance, equity research, investment risk, or a related field.
• Experience within an investment management firm is preferred.
• Familiarity with investment research, portfolio analysis, and market data platforms.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, evestment, Morningstar, Factset, Bloomberg, and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze equity portfolios to identify performance drivers, portfolio positioning, risk exposures, and market developments.
• Evaluate returns, attribution, factor exposures, and portfolio characteristics against benchmarks and comparable strategies.
• Partner with portfolio managers to provide analysis supporting investment discussions and portfolio construction.
• Build and improve analytical models, reporting tools, and dashboards across strategies and vehicles.
• Develop expertise in assigned portfolios, including investment approach, holdings, and risks.
• Prepare clear presentations and analytical materials for investment teams and senior stakeholders.
• Contribute research and analysis to product initiatives, investor reporting, and competitive assessments.
• Collaborate with analytics, risk, and performance reporting teams to maintain consistent methodologies.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring analysis and improve reporting processes.
